Our Robust Franchise Training Program
Sets Our Franchisees Up for Success
Our initial franchise training program is designed to help you stay up to date on the latest trends and industry best practices and has you ready no later than 15 days before your OutFit van rolls out to do business.
Through a combination of virtual and live learning, we provide an experience that is flexible and effective.
There’s no need to wait! Our operational training starts immediately following the signing of your franchise agreement, and a coach will be ready to deliver the experience in less than two weeks.
During your pre-opening training, you and up to five of your team members will enjoy a total of 40 hours that are split into 15 hours of virtual sessions and 25 hours of on-site training at our designated unit.
We’ll go over everything you need to know to open and operate your franchise, including:

- How to find and hire qualified staff
- How to leverage our cutting-edge technology
- How to deliver and exceptional workout experience

OutFit Training offers ongoing mobile fitness franchise support to ensure
you’re always
prepared to operate a successful fitness franchise.
We’ll assist you with obtaining training ground permits and securing site agreements.
